Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for a warranty claim. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Exchange Process

If you are returning via courier service, place the item securely in its original packaging together with the purchase invoice from Dealz Collection and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning your item.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the warranty claim. Please allow at least twenty-one (21) days from the date of return for the claim to be processed.
Exceptions
Please review the following before proceeding with a warranty claim or return:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or negligence are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Items returned without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
- Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
